Elia Francesco Dispenza​

 

I was born in Turin on 3 July 1993 and graduated in Law from the University of Turin in September 2017 with a thesis in criminal law concerning the crime of trafficking in human beings.

 

I did my legal practice in criminal law at a well-known Turin law firm, where I deepened my knowledge in various sectors of criminal law: precautionary measures, crimes against the family, the person, property, Presidential Decree 309/90 and also dealing with executive phase of the criminal trial.

I obtained the qualification to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Turin in October 2021.

I have been collaborating with Studio De Carlo Zaniolo Penalisti Associati since June 2022.
